Aloha kakou,
Another week has passed. It's getting colder. I can feel the season changing quickly. With the change of the season different stresses and hurdles will command our attention. For example I now have to put on more clothing when I go outside to stay protected and warm. Soon I will be scrapping snow off my car windshield. My kids now have homework every day. These things may overwhelm me sometimes, but when they do I stop, grab my uke and sing out the stress. I may feel like a baby turtle in the huge sea of life, but playing my uke and singing makes that ocean smaller and easier to navigate. If you are feeling the stress of the season too, come out tonight to my Kanikapila and we'll sing it out of our system together. Perhaps you need healing too. If so, see you at my shack tonight!
